From science camps to community events and museum days, The Big Science Project delivers hands-on, engaging science experiences across Wales. We bring the lab coats, goggles, and excitement - tailored to suit your group, your space, and your theme.
Science Camps
Perfect for kids aged 5-12, our camps run from 9:30am to 3:00pm.
£40 per child (that’s just £7.27 per hour)
All your child needs is a packed lunch, snacks, drinks, and a coat for outdoor adventures - leave the rest to us!

Home Science Products
Explore our range of eco-friendly and bilingual resources in our online shop.
We have developed a unique range of home science kits and activity books specifically for children aged 6–11, designed to continue the science discovery at home. Created by us- a team of professional scientists, these kits are also the first of their kind to be available in Welsh, providing a much-needed bilingual resource for families and schools across the country.
Our commitment to the environment is at the heart of our design process. Every item within our kits is sourced within Wales or the UK, to support local industry and minimise our carbon footprint. Unlike standard 'single-use' science sets, we focus on sustainability and longevity, using high-quality components that encourage repeated exploration rather than becoming throw-away waste.

Science Birthday Party!
The SlimeTastic Experience! Turn your child’s next birthday into a professional laboratory with our signature SlimeTastic: Make & Take Home science party. We provide a high-energy, immersive experience where every guest suits up in lab coats and goggles to become a real scientist for the event.
Your young explorers will dive into the chemistry of polymers, creating their own premium, custom slime to take home. We handle everything from the "Wow" moments to the full clean-up - leaving you with zero mess and a party they’ll never forget.
